   Dear Rich!

   Please let me take a guess at the answer to your question below:

   Nobody has figured out how to swim up the Niagara River from the rocks at the bottom of the Niagara Falls that Ronald Reagun cast us over the falls (alias thou shalt NEVER say anything against any Republican and there is nothing in this world that was not created by, of, and for private enterprise)

   And Neuter-the-Government Gingrich who also cast us over the falls (alias The ONLY thing that taxes were ever meant for is to fund the military industrial complex)

   And Grover Norquist who also cast us over the falls (Alias I want to shrink government so small that I can drown it in my bathtub.)

   Those three were the TRIAD OF THE DESTRUCTION OF ALL THAT IS DEMOCRACY AND THAT WAS OUR NATION.

   Those three succeeded at disassembling the government that once was before and leaving us at the bottom of that great waterfall and nobody has figured out a way to swim upstream from the rocks.

   That is the only answer to your question that fits where we are and why nobody in this world has the strength to give us back our government nor swim upstream from the bottom of the Falls.

     Yes indeed, the way back will be hard and long, and unfortunately, may be a long time coming. Our country has changed, and not in a good way.
