  1. Your list is good. Also Paul Krugman and Maureen Dow’s of the NYTimes. If I think of others I’ll let you know

Arlen Grossman, I have my own biases about things, however, I like to hear all sides to an argument on any issue before any judgments are made on my part. Even if they are not technically requested, do you like video link recommendations or those with news articles if they are relevant to what issues you have posted about? Your blog, your rules, however, do you typically like link recommendations for the most part?

Arlen Grossman, the top marginal tax rate under Dwight D. Eisenhower was 91%. Here are a few videos for you: 1: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mPGS3dEN6Tg, 2: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RA57vOXXgh0 The rich used to be taxed like this, however, they were still rich from what I have heard.

    • Thanks for the videos, Ragnar. It seems our economy was doing quite well when we had those high rates of taxation. But what the government does with that money is a whole other thing.

Arlen Grossman, you make excellent points. By the way, I have been looking into some of the people who you align with politically. Of all of them, I have found Thom Hartmann, David Pakman, The Young Turks and Kyle Kulinski who hosts Secular Talk to be the most interesting.
